Patient Information

At United Memorial, we are eager to make sure that patients are treated with the utmost care and respect and that their privacy and wishes are always maintained. Patient safety  is a major effort with us.

For patients requiring forms  or access to their medical records, we are ready to promptly accommodate their requests. When it comes time to leave us, those needing financial assistance can receive help with our innovative income based discount program.

For both patients and visitors alike, when spiritual support and comfort is required our hospital chaplain is ready to serve them.

Visitor Information

We welcome visitors because of the positive influence they have on our patients.

When you arrive we ask only that you adhere to visiting hours and guidelines put into place to assure the safety and well being of our patients, our staff and yourselves.

Our amenities are accessible to both patients and visitors and include a fully staffed cafeteria, free Internet access, comfortably appointed waiting rooms and several gift shops.

Since we are a smoke free environment, smoking is not permitted within the hospital or on the hospital grounds.
