Smoking Cessation

Smoking cessation classes, facilitated by a trained professional, will help you to overcome your nicotine addiction.  If you smoke, you already know the challenges that you face on your journey to become smokefree.  Research tells us that when smokers reach out for help to stop smoking, success rates to quit and stay quit rise dramatically. This series, of four, one-hours classes, will help enrollees to understand and deal with the effects and symptoms of tobacco cessation; while providing support and additional resources as well.
