Childbirth Preparation - Fast Track 2 Day Program

An eight-hour program for the busy mom and support person. Learn important facts about your baby’s birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, variations in labor, and more as time allows.

Location:     Healthy Living Classroom, Cary Hall
Time:            Fridays:  6:45 - 8:45 p.m.
                     Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Fee:             $75.00
                     *  Covered by many Health Insurances.  Some may require a co-pay.
